"Le logement est très bien situé. Il est très lumineux Tout était très propre. Les literies sont parfaites. 2 salle de bain , 3 toilettes. C’est idéal. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants , réactifs et professionnels. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour la dernière journée. Merci à eux."

"Un appartement vaste de plus de 90m2 situé au cœur de la ville de Nice, très bien agencé avec 3 chambres dont 1 avec 4 lits superposés. Des tas de serviettes disponibles. Une cuisine ouverte sur le séjour, opérationnelle et avec beaucoup de lumière. Deux ventilateurs par pièce pour compenser l absence de climatisation. Et on a fait un peu de sport car l appartement est situé au 4ème dans ascenseur mais avec des escaliers tres larges et peu élevés. Un accueil chaleureux malgré une arrivée tres tardive et un départ matinal"

"The location of the apartment is perfect: the promenade is 10 minutes away, the old town is nearby, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. We will be happy to come back next time. The apartment owners are friendly."

"The location could not have been better. Easy to get to both the harbour and beach sides. Lovely little cafe across the road for early morning coffees. Garibaldi square within 100m with shops, restaurants and bars in abundance and tram stops for lines 1, 2 and 3 making it easy to get anywhere in Nice. Also, just opposite was a great little burger shop for an evening treat. The apartment had everything we needed and any pre trip concerns we had weren't a problem. The stairs too the 4th floor had a shallow rise so never seemed too much of a chore (even when forgetting an item at the shop). The lack of a TV turned out to be a positive (it's so much better to chat and the kitchen island was perfect for us all to get together) and the air-conditioning wasn't a problem as the weather was comfortably mild. Overall, a great trip and I think Nice is a fantastic city that I will return to. Thank you from Terry and the Bedford Lions x"

"The location is great, right at the old town above a supermarket and on a square with lots of bars/ restaurants. The host was really quick with responding and helpful. They let us stay later than check out which was so helpful as we had a late night flight. There’s a great coffee machine and everything you need in the kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious, light and clean"

"There are alot of steps up to the property. Didn't bother us but could be an issue for anyone who might not be as mobile as our group."
